These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at pureliashop.store (or its connected custom domain) and any purchases you make through it (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing the Site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

By using the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that:

You will provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order.
You will use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Products, Descriptions, and Results Disclaimer

Purelia sells a rechargeable, painless eyebrow hair remover and related beauty accessories (the "Product"). We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our Products accurately, including through product descriptions, photos, and videos on the Site.

Not a medical device. The Product is a personal care and beauty grooming tool. It is not a medical device, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, skin condition, or disease.
Results vary. Any results, testimonials, or before/after depictions shown on the Site are illustrative and individual results will vary based on skin type, hair type, technique, and consistent use. We do not guarantee specific cosmetic outcomes.
Intended use. The Product should be used only as intended and in accordance with the instructions included with your order. Purelia is not responsible for misuse of the Product or use inconsistent with the provided instructions.
Minor variations. Colors, packaging, and minor design details may vary slightly from images shown on the Site due to photography, display settings, or manufacturing updates.

If you have a skin condition, allergy, or other health concern, we recommend consulting a physician or dermatologist before using the Product.

4. Orders, Order Acceptance, and Cancellation

Placing an order through the Site is an offer to purchase a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order, at any time, for reasons that may include:

Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity.
Errors in pricing, product information, or availability.
Inability to verify or process your payment or shipping information.
Suspected violation of these Terms.

If we cancel or modify your order after payment has been processed, we will notify you and issue a full refund for the affected items using your original payment method.

You may request to cancel an order shortly after placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@pureliashop.store if you wish to cancel or change an order. Once an order has shipped, our standard return process (Section 6) applies instead of cancellation.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices on the Site are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
The current price for our eyebrow hair remover is $29.90 USD, exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping fees, which are calculated and displayed at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, and discounts at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.
Payment is processed securely at the time of order through our payment provider (Shopify Payments and/or other supported payment methods shown at checkout). By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing accuracy, but in the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

6. Shipping and Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled from a warehouse located in the United States. Estimated shipping and delivery timeframes are provided on the Site and at checkout; these are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Purelia is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs (where applicable), or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns, Refunds, and 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our eyebrow hair remover, subject to the following conditions:

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date to support@pureliashop.store.
We may request photos, a brief description of the issue, or return of the Product before processing a refund, depending on the circumstances.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees, if any, may be non-refundable, except where the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

8. Intellectual Property

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Limited personal, non-commercial use (such as sharing a product link) is permitted.

9. Prohibited Uses

When using the Site, you agree not to:

Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information, including for orders or payments.
Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site, our servers, or related systems.

In all cases, Purelia's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site or a Product shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any consumer protection rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Purelia and its owners, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or Product, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

This does not deprive you, as a consumer, of the protection afforded by any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident.
